All orders are processed daily during normal business hours
(10:00 AM-5:30 PM, except Saturday & Sunday) and shipped
within 24-48 hours on all in-stock items. All orders that are
placed before 5pm will be shipped the same business day. You
will be contacted promptly via email or by phone should any
item become out of stock at the time the order was received.
Shipping Methods:
Standard is $8.99 (Free Shipping for orders over $100). This method
usually takes between 3 to 7 days for delivery in 48 States.
(Tracking numbers will be given for your own references.)
2 Day Shipping is $18.95, plus $1 for each additional item. This method usually takes 2 days
for delivery in the 48 States. Subject to change due to weight.
Notice: There are no Saturday deliveries so orders placed on
Thursdays will be received on Monday; Friday orders will be
delivered on Tuesdays. (Tracking numbers will be given for your
own references)
3 Day Shipping is $14.95. This method usually takes 3 days
for delivery in the 48 States. Subject to change due to weight.

A surcharge of $20.00 will be added to the regular

Shipping charges are non-refundable for undeliverable
and unclaimed packages, so please make sure that your shipping
address is correct before submitting your order. You will be charged
a $10.00 fee for any address corrections made after the package
leaves our shipping department.

Placing orders on our web site is easy and secure. Shop throughout our site
and just add the items to your shopping cart by clicking the buy icon. There
are four different methods to placing orders with Fragrance Now.
Secure Online Orders
Browse our web site and add the items that you wish to purchase into the
shopping cart. You have the option to modify the quantity or remove the unwanted
items at any time. All transactions are made through a Secure Socket Layer
(SSL) encrypted page to ensure that your confidential information remains secure
and safe.
Please include a valid email address and telephone number so we may contact you
with any questions regarding your order.
Order by Phone
Sometimes people feel unsure about disclosing their credit card numbers
online over our Secure Server. Don't worry you're not alone. You also have
the option to give us the credit card information by phone. Simply, fill out
the order as normal online, and select ORDER BY PHONE.

| Return Policy |
We will gladly accept returns of unused, unopened items (excluding skin care and makeup products) for full refund or exchange of the purchase price of the merchandise within 14 business days of receipt. Item(s) must be in resaleable condition and have its original packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee for items returned opened, and or used. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error. If your original order is over $100 and you decide to return or exchange the merchandise in full or partial, a $6.50 shipping charge will not be credited. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days, sorry no exceptions.
For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured US Postal when returning goods. Please wrap the package securely and send it to the following address:
